Shipping policy

At Bare Core, every order is handled with care to make sure it arrives safely and within the expected timeframe. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across the UK.

UK Shipping

Bare Core offers the following UK delivery options:

  • Orders £30 and over: Free standard delivery
  • Orders under £30: £2.99 standard delivery

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available for your order, this will also be included in that email.

During busy periods, including promotions, seasonal events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, Bare Core will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched, not from the time it is placed.

Standard UK delivery timeframe: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of Bare Core's control, including:

  • Courier delays
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • High-volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout

Bare Core is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or by circumstances outside normal shipping conditions, but support will always be provided where possible.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, Bare Core ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK may be cancelled if shipping is unavailable for that location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact donna@bare-core.co.uk with your order number and full name.

Bare Core will review the shipment status and work with the courier where needed. In some cases, additional time may be required for the courier to complete an investigation before a replacement or further resolution can be offered.

An order may be marked as lost only after a reasonable investigation period has passed.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with donna@bare-core.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect the ability to resolve the issue.
